If something's out of stock or there's a pricing error, we'll reach out and either cancel or adjust the order.

Product Use and Safety
Our bottles are designed for adults and teens 14 and up. The glass construction means they're not suitable for young children, who might drop or break them. If you're buying for a household with kids, keep the bottles out of their reach.
Follow the care instructions that come with your product. Don't put boiling water directly into the bottle, and avoid sudden temperature changes — like taking it straight from the dishwasher and filling it with ice water. Let it cool for a minute or two first. If you use our products in ways they weren't designed for, you're responsible for the outcome.
Warranty
Every bottle comes with a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the original ship date. If something breaks due to a manufacturing issue, we'll replace, refund, or repair it free of charge. This warranty covers accidental glass breakage too — keep the cap and sleeve, send us a picture of the damage, and we'll send a replacement bottle for the cost of shipping.
The warranty applies to customers in the continental US only and requires your order number for verification.
Limitation of Liability
We stand behind our products, but we can't be responsible for indirect or consequential damages that result from using our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions don't allow these kinds of limitations, so this may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
