What sizes do your bottles come in?
We make a range of sizes to fit different needs. The Big Bottle holds 36oz. The Day Bottle and Mama Bottle both hold 27oz. There's a 21oz Day Bottle for something a bit lighter, a 17oz Mini Bottle, and a 10oz Kids Bottle. We also have tumblers in 17oz and 12oz sizes.
What's the difference between the Day Bottle and the Mama Bottle?
Both hold 27oz, but the tracking markers on the silicone sleeves are different. The Mama Bottle has time markers designed around the daily hydration needs of pregnant and nursing women. The Day Bottle has more general AM/PM markers that work for anyone trying to hit a daily water goal.
Are the bottles safe?
Yes. They're made from thick borosilicate glass — the same type used in laboratories. The materials are BPA-free, lead-free, cadmium-free, and phthalate-free. The caps and sleeves are food-grade silicone and polypropylene. Everything is dishwasher safe, though we recommend the top rack.
Can I put boiling water in them?
We don't recommend it. Also try to avoid sudden temperature changes — like pulling the bottle out of the dishwasher and immediately filling it with ice water. Let it cool for a minute or two first.
What happens if I break my bottle?
If you break the glass within the first year of purchase, keep the cap and sleeve, send us a picture of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement bottle. You just cover the shipping cost. We really don't want our products going to landfill, so this is our way of helping you keep using your bottle for years.
Do the bottles fit in a car cup holder?
The 21oz Day Bottle, 17oz Mini Bottle, 10oz Kids Bottle, and the 17oz tumblers all fit in standard car cup holders. The larger bottles do not.
How do I clean the bottle?
Everything is dishwasher safe — bottle, cap, and sleeve. We suggest the top rack, but it's not strictly necessary. If you're hand-washing, warm soapy water works fine.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from your order date to return unused bottles in their original condition. Contact us through the website's contact form with your order number to get the process started.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship the day after you place them. Delivery time depends on where you live — typically 3 to 8 business days for US orders after they leave our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use that number to check the status anytime.

My package says delivered but I can't find it.
Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first. If it's still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number. If they can't locate it, reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
